About The Position
72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through decisions about their home comfort systems. The role evaluates existing residential HVAC systems, educates customers about their options, and recommends solutions tailored to each home. The advisor works closely with the installation team to provide a positive customer experience from consultation through installation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous residential HVAC sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in attics and tight spaces and lift equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes.
- Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure testing.
- Recommend equipment and comfort solutions tailored to each home.
- Present options clearly and help homeowners make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with the HVAC installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
