Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable educating homeowners and identifying sales opportunities through honest recommendations.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
Diagnose system performance issues and educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions.
Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
Identify replacement opportunities and partner with the Installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate service documentation using ServiceTitan.
Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continue developing your skills.
