About The Position

Stephen K. Denny is hiring an experienced HVAC Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys helping homeowners, solving comfort issues, and maximizing their earning potential through honest recommendations and exceptional service. In this role, you'll perform residential HVAC maintenance, identify opportunities to improve system performance, and educate homeowners on repair and replacement solutions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable educating homeowners and identifying sales opportunities through honest recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential HVAC maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
  • Diagnose system performance issues and educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Identify replacement opportunities and partner with the Installation team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation using ServiceTitan.
  • Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continue developing your skills.
