About The Position

The HVAC Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business. This role involves coaching, motivating, and training the sales team, debriefing sales appointments, and ensuring effective communication and alignment with other departments. The manager will also be involved in recruiting and developing new sales staff, mentoring Inside Sales representatives and Sales Lead Coordinators, and monitoring sales performance metrics. Additionally, the role requires creating sales and marketing strategies, analyzing incentive programs, and evaluating competitors to inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.
  • Work closely with General Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals
  • Debrief sales appointments
  • Communicate and align with the other departments and functions.
  • Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
  • Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
  • Recruiting and development of new sales staff is required
  • Mentor and develop Inside Sales representatives and Sales lead coordinators to appropriate sales metrics.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
  • Analyze sales incentive programs.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies and objectives through analyzing profit and loss projections.
  • Evaluate competitors for offerings, analyze market share and trends, which is shared for leadership evaluation.
  • Assist in Equipment/Technical questions from Sales/Install Team
