About The Position

The HVAC Sales Manager will be responsible for building and growing relationships with HVAC contractors, sheet metal fabricators, and mechanical professionals within the Raleigh-Durham market. This role involves developing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to help customers solve problems and grow their businesses. The position requires a strong market presence through daily customer visits, identifying competitive opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Collaboration with vendor partners and internal teams is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves staying informed on industry trends and driving profitable growth while fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
