About The Position

Chapa Service Company is a rapidly growing commercial HVAC provider serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market. We’re looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, close, and grow accounts—and wants to be part of a company where their impact is visible, valued, and rewarded. This is a full-cycle, high-impact sales role with ownership over revenue growth across service agreements, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects. You won’t just sell—you’ll build a book of business and expand it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or commercial construction sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex deals, and close business
  • Comfort with technical conversations and jobsite environments
  • Organized, self-driven, and accountable

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new commercial HVAC opportunities across maintenance agreements, retrofits, and capital projects
  • Build and manage a strong, active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Develop long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and developers
  • Conduct site walks to assess equipment condition, lifecycle stage, and replacement opportunities
  • Uncover customer pain points such as downtime risk, energy inefficiency, and aging infrastructure—and position solutions that solve them
  • Drive growth and profitability of service agreements, including pricing strategy and renewals
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and protect margins
  • Maintain CRM discipline and visibility across all opportunities
  • Support collections and invoicing coordination as needed to keep projects moving
