About The Position

ACE Home Services is seeking a high‑impact HVAC Sales & Service Manager to lead our residential service team in Phoenix. This role blends operational leadership with strong sales management, making it ideal for someone with an HVAC background who understands how to drive revenue, elevate technician performance, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach technicians, manage workflow efficiency, and own sales performance across HVAC service and replacement. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in residential HVAC service and/or sales REQUIRED
  • Strong background in technician management, sales coaching, and operational oversight REQUIRED
  • Experience with dispatch, scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field‑service management software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, job costing, and operational performance

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Drive service and replacement revenue through coaching, goal‑setting, and performance management
  • Train technicians on service‑to‑sales best practices, communication, and customer education
  • Monitor close rates, average ticket, membership conversions, and lead generation
  • Partner with marketing and call center teams to maximize booking efficiency
  • Oversee daily operations, dispatching, and technician scheduling
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and workflow processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L‑related operational decisions
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard technicians and support staff
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill development plans
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and 5‑star service
  • Ensure every customer receives timely, high‑quality service
  • Resolve escalations and support field teams in delivering exceptional experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
