Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for HVAC technician, installer, and other technical roles
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications
- Promote our company’s culture and values to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate status in the applicant tracking system
