About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking an HVAC/R Technician III to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of their stores, from maintaining the chill of Slurpee machines to tackling various in-store maintenance challenges. This is a leadership position that involves working with and training Tech I & II positions, managing inventory, work orders, call priorities, and company vehicles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lead teams, provide peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership

Responsibilities

• Specialist in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment
• Leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training, and management of inventory, workorders, call priority, and company vehicle management
