About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of commercial HVAC construction projects. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, quality standards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record
4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience
Proficient in scheduling software and CAD
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience developing HVAC/mechanical designs and specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic

Associate Degree in related field

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs
Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
Coordinate with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor project progress and report status to Senior Project Manager
Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met on all projects
Perform additional duties as assigned
