About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way. This role involves managing and leading multiple HVAC commercial projects simultaneously, coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance, preparing project documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and MEP coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)

Responsibilities
