Requirements

Valid Kentucky Master HVAC License
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
3+ years of HVAC service experience

Nice To Haves

Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
NATE Certified

Responsibilities

Create and manage the operations of the HVAC division.
Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the new service line.
Conduct market research.
Develop operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Procure equipment and manage inventory.
Hire and train HVAC technicians.
Establish effective communication channels between departments to ensure seamless service integration.
