You'll work closely with dispatch and field technicians to keep schedules running smoothly while reviewing jobs, callbacks, and technician performance to maintain accountability and improve results. You'll ensure high-quality standards across all installs and service work, manage inventory and purchasing efficiently, and step in to resolve customer or field issues when needed. Your focus will be on strengthening processes, supporting your teams, and driving consistent, high-quality performance across the operation.

Requirements

5-10+ years of HVAC industry experience (required)
Experience managing HVAC service and/or install teams
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and workflows
Familiarity with dispatching, service ticketing, and job costing
Ability to support technicians in the field when needed
Valid driver's license
10+ years of management experience
10+ years of customer service experience
Fluent in POS and inventory systems
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
