About The Position

This role is for an HVAC Mechanic who will become part of an in-house HVAC and Maintenance Team, responsible for maintaining privately owned commercial properties throughout Philadelphia. The company manages over one million square feet of commercial real estate, including office buildings, medical offices, schools, community facilities, and commercial spaces. The position involves troubleshooting and repairing various systems such as RTUs, cooling towers, boilers, and potentially maintaining fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems and takes pride in their work.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and electrical meters
• Reliable transportation to our main facility (Philadelphia, PA 19129)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work on ladders
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Treats buildings and equipment as if they were their own
