About you You’re an experienced HVAC professional with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting commercial systems. You’re hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working with central plant equipment and building automation systems.
Requirements
- 10 years of HVAC or related experience
- Experience with central plant systems
- Knowledge of BMS/building automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physical environment

- HVAC certification or training
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC systems
- Support chillers, boilers, air handling units, and building systems
- Responding to service calls and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records
- Assist with control room and Engineering Watch coverage as needed
- Monitor system performance and adjust controls for efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and standards
