About The Position
The FM technician is trained to help support patients and staff by maintaining and improving a safe and secure physical environment. Requires a basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, general maintenance, and light construction; as well as read and follow instructions, manuals, work orders and to document work completion. Ability to work hard, be responsible, reliable, have good people skills and be a team player. See technical aspects for skills performance.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Valid Alabama motor vehicle operator’s license that is not under suspension or revocation.
- Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, general maintenance, and light construction.
- Ability to work hard, be responsible, reliable, have good people skills and be a team player.
