We are seeking a skilled and reliable commercial HVAC technician with plumbing experience to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair
  • Working knowledge of plumbing systems and components
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman HVAC or Plumbing License
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
  • OSHA certification

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and ventilation systems
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Handle some plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of piping for compressed air and vacuum systems as well as minor water system repairs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, and team members
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed
