HVAC Maintenance Technician

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by troubleshooting and resolving heating and cooling issues, explaining the installation process to customers, and coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. In this role, you’ll perform HVAC maintenance and repairs while recommending multiple service options to customers to ensure we meet their needs and preferences. You’ll work cross functionally with coordinators to provide exceptional customer service and help streamline company operations by providing detailed recording keeping for future service projects. Requirements
- High School Diploma or technical training preferred
- Valid EPA 608 Certification
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance (residential and/or commercial)
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including furnace, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance, inspections and basic repairs
- Familiar with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, and in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
