About The Position

Red Cap Plumbing and Air has immediate openings for residential HVAC maintenance technicians in the Tampa Bay area. The role focuses on maintaining air-conditioning units and requires at least one year of experience. Technicians perform equipment tune-ups, routine system maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs, control adjustments, and minor field fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components, using controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Adjust system controls.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Solder or braze and perform minor field fabrication.
