Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC is a family-owned and operated HVAC company based in Greensboro, NC, seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Service Technician. The HVAC Maintenance Technician will provide preventative maintenance services to residential and/ light commercial customers. Requirements
- 1 year of HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
- Standard technician tools
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
- Steel-toe boots
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type III certification
Responsibilities
- Properly cleaning HVAC systems
- Finding and repairing water leaks
- Charging air conditioning systems with refrigerant
- Checking superheat and subcooling
- Generating equipment and accessory leads
- Explaining the benefits of Preventative Maintenance Agreements to customers
- Checking electrical components vital to HVAC operations
- Working safely and professionally in extreme weather conditions, including heat waves and freezing temperatures.
