About The Position

Landmark Realty is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician ll to perform general building maintenance and repairs across its multifamily housing and furnished corporate apartment properties. The role includes work on appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry, as well as general labor and assigned duties. The technician handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner, helps keep the shop clean and orderly, and escalates maintenance issues to management when appropriate. The position requires a courteous, professional manner with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors. Starting hourly pay is $25 or more, depending on experience. The company also offers competitive hourly pay, a gas allowance, a cell phone stipend, and an on-call stipend.

Requirements

Display proficiency in day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
Be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven.
Be well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Have strong communication skills.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Have personal tools to complete necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance repairs and replacements, including appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work.
