About The Position

Landmark Realty is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance and repairs across its multifamily housing and furnished corporate apartment properties. The role handles work orders and service requests, performs preventative maintenance and general labor, and helps keep the maintenance shop clean and orderly. The technician is expected to work professionally with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors, and to escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Requirements

• Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven.
• Must be well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own the tools needed to complete necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance repairs and replacements, including appliances, HVAC units, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Complete general labor tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Provide personal tools needed to complete repairs.
• Handle designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
• Recognize when maintenance issues should be escalated to management.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors.
• Perform day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders proficiently.
