About The Position

At Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, we build real careers by training hardworking people to become skilled HVAC professionals. This program is designed for individuals with no prior industry experience. The Apprentice Academy offers paid on-the-job training with wages starting at $20.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a guaranteed job upon successful completion of the training period. The training program lasts 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance. Upon completion, graduates will step into a guaranteed Maintenance Tech role. This program requires a commitment to two years of full-time employment post-training, with a payback program for training costs if the candidate leaves voluntarily.

Requirements

• Show up on time and ready to grind
• Be coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
• Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility (paid experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with smart phone, iPads or laptops - tech savvy is a MUST
• Can pass a background check & drug test
• Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
• Want a career, not another mid-level job
• Perfect attendance during the 12-week training period
• No pre-arranged absences will be allowed during training

• Already know a little about the industry or attended a tech program and want to go pro
