About The Position

The HVAC Lead Installer keeps projects running smoothly and profitably while maintaining a positive attitude, exceeding client expectations, and continuing to learn the trade. The role works collaboratively by leveraging team members’ strengths and communicating and coordinating with internal departments. The position is based in Buckeye, as indicated in the job title.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle.
Universal EPA Certification.
At least 3 years of HVAC field installation experience.
Ability to regularly lift loads up to 75 pounds.
Ability to crawl in tight places, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs.

Responsibilities

Maintain communication with internal teams.
Keep the company truck clean, inside and out.
Communicate clearly, effectively, and promptly with the HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details.
Adapt project work as needed due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.
Follow installation procedures and processes, and ensure the HVAC Install Apprentice follows them as well.
Accurately report labor hours and maintain JIT.
Complete the replacement closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon job completion.
Complete required paperwork properly.
Seek development opportunities through continued training and one-on-one coaching.
