About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the Baltimore area. This position is responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our installers work in small teams and are expected to take ownership of their projects from removal of old equipment through final startup and system testing. If you take pride in clean installs, doing things the right way, and delivering a great customer experience, we want to talk with you.

Requirements

4+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Maryland Journeyman HVACR license preferred but not required
EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
Ability to read installation diagrams and wiring schematics
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
HVAC: 4 years
Driver's License

Maryland Journeyman HVACR license

Responsibilities

Remove existing HVAC systems and install new heating and cooling equipment
Install furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, ductwork, and related components
Lead installation jobs with the support of an assigned helper when applicable
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
Start up systems and verify proper operation
Troubleshoot installation issues when necessary
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Complete job documentation and installation reports
