Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Lead Install Technician with a positive attitude to join their growing installation team. The technician will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment, maintaining customer satisfaction, preparing job sites, documenting calls, and adhering to safety procedures. Requirements

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Leading Install: 1 year experience
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• EPA Type II certification

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
