About The Position
Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is hiring a Lead Installer to join its award-winning team serving the Spokane/CDA area. The company seeks reliable, skilled team members who solve customer problems, perform quality work, and stand behind their work. The role involves residential HVAC installations and requires EPA certification, relevant installation experience, and the ability to coach and train an apprentice.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
- Experience brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, making high-voltage hookups, and wiring thermostats.
- EPA certification.
