You’ll be partnered with our Lead Installer and hit the ground running installing heating and air equipment like a pro. Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Good attitude
- Desire to build a real career

- Proficient in ServiceTitan
Responsibilities
- Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
