About The Position

Weeks Service Company is hiring an HVAC Installation Technician to install residential heating and cooling systems and assist with equipment replacements and new system installations. The technician ensures work meets company and manufacturer standards, maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and provides professional, courteous service to homeowners. The role involves collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

This is a full-time, year-round position offering competitive pay of up to $20 per hour, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career advancement. The company provides more than 150 hours of paid training annually, ongoing technical and professional development, and sponsorship opportunities for Journeyman licensing and NATE certification. High-performing technicians may advance to roles earning $100,000 or more annually.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
