About The Position

Logan Services is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator to manage residential HVAC installations from the point of sale through completion. This role involves coordinating with customers, installers, sales teams, field leadership, and logistics to ensure projects are organized, schedules are maintained, and customers are kept informed. Prior HVAC experience is not required; the company provides paid training. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, problem-solvers with experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, project coordination, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
• Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
• Track installations from sale through completion.
• Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and approved time off.
• Monitor permits, customer balances, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and installation records.
• Process paperwork, payments, permits, and other required documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
• Solve problems and follow through to keep installations moving.
