About The Position

JOSKO, LLC is hiring an HVAC Install Technician to help maintain comfort and safety in multi-family and residential properties. The role performs HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations in accordance with company standards and industry best practices, while providing professional customer service and coordinating work with property managers and maintenance staff.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, focused on multi-family residential properties.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation.
EPA certification for handling refrigerants.

Responsibilities

Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Repair and replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
Address resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
Coordinate HVAC service schedules with property managers and maintenance staff to minimize disruption to residents.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary company losses.
