About The Position

Benrich Service Company, a leader in the service industry established in 1962, is seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. The company specializes in commercial services including water heating, plumbing, water treatment, and HVAC.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in Commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal.
• Intuitive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Solid knowledge of the construction process.
• Valid CA State Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• Unwavering reliability and punctuality.
• Good appearance and attitude.
• Highly productive work ethics.
• Emphasis on safety.
• Desire to continually grow skills.
• Ability to drive and extensive driving in traffic for long periods.
• Ability to fit into small or awkward spaces.
• Ability to perform extensive kneeling, crouching, and squatting for long periods.
• Ability to perform repetitious motion of shoveling and dirt weight dispersement.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Use a company service truck for business purposes only.
• Adhere to safety emphasis in all tasks.
• Continuously grow skills in the HVAC field.
