About The Position
ARS Rescue Rooter, the largest provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services in the United States, is hiring experienced HVAC Lead Installers. With over 7,000 employees and 45+ years of experience, we deliver trusted residential HVAC installation, heating and air conditioning service, and home comfort solutions to homeowners nationwide. This is a full-time, year-round HVAC installation position with consistent work and strong earning potential, offering earning potential over $100K/year based on performance. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, depending on experience and license, is available and will be discussed at the interview.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Responsibilities
- Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units
- Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems following manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes
- Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper
- Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment
- Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards
- Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installation
