The ideal HVAC Residential Install Helper is committed to learning about residential HVAC systems, driven to learn the skills to become a successful HVAC Residential Installer, and motivated to work well with lead technicians to ensure the job is correctly done the first time. This role requires someone who is coachable, motivated, and always willing to learn new skills, with a focus on customer service and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate must maintain company core values in each work environment – positivity, respect, integrity, and commitment.

Willingness to learn and apply learned knowledge.
Flexible and adaptable to better serve the install team and our customers.
Adaptable and willing to learn all sides of the HVAC business, including commercial and warehouse jobs.
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Independent and ability to work in a timely manner, with a goal to always work to ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
Capability to follow written and verbal directions as given by lead, managers, and leadership.
Ability to communicate with customers to ensure they understand the work being completed while also giving them ability to make the right decision for their system.
