About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional to lead our installation team, improve operations, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As HVAC Install Manager, you’ll oversee daily installation operations while leading and developing your team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation and applicable codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Nice To Haves
- Previous proven leadership and/or management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Scheduling crews and managing installation projects
- Coaching, training, and developing technicians
- Ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and code compliance
- Monitoring department performance and KPIs
- Conducting job site visits
- Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and service teams
- Ensuring crews have the tools and materials they need
- Resolving customer concerns professionally
- Improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability
