About The Position

Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Manager who is a strong leader of people, quality, and performance. This role is responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring top-tier workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on leading installation teams and ensuring every job meets company standards. The manager will be in the field, supporting crews, inspecting jobs, and leading by example.

Requirements

24+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Proven experience in HVAC installation (residential preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold accountability
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

EPA certification
Apprentice or Journeyman License

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold installation teams accountable to quality and performance standards
Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results
Set clear expectations and ensure consistent execution
Ensure jobs are completed on time, to company quality standards, and with proper job site organization
Maximize job board efficiency and crew productivity
Identify gaps and drive immediate improvement
Train and mentor installers to maintain high workmanship standards
Develop team members through hands-on coaching and support
Reinforce best practices in installation quality and efficiency
Communicate professionally with customers on job progress and expectations
Ensure a clean, respectful, and high-quality experience on every install
Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism
Ensure proper documentation, job notes, and job completion accuracy
Uphold all safety protocols and company policies
Maintain compliance with installation standards and procedures
