Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, airflow, electrical, gas, and installation best practices
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations, performance, and growth of our residential installation department.
  • Develop installers, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure every customer receives a five-star experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HVAC installation teams.
  • Drive departmental revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions.
  • Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage installation schedules and workforce planning to maximize efficiency.
  • Partner with sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor job quality and ensure installations meet AllTech standards.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, tools, vehicles, and material utilization.
  • Review departmental KPIs and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
  • Identify training opportunities and help team members advance their careers.
  • Manage departmental budgets and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
