HVAC Install Lead
About The Position
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. This role is for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy leading install crews, and want consistent year-round work with a company that values its employees. The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for leading residential HVAC system replacements and installations, supervising and training installation helpers, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. They will also troubleshoot installation issues, communicate professionally with homeowners and team members, and maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage installations from start to finish
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
