About The Position

This role involves installing HVAC systems using proper procedures and industry best practices. The position focuses on enhancing the customer experience through superior communication, aiming for customer retention and satisfaction. The HVAC Install Lead will collaborate with the Journeyman Lead Technician to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience. Staying current with the latest industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology is crucial. Responsibilities also include assisting the Lead Installation Technician with stocking inventory and maintaining the cleanliness of the company vehicle. The role encourages taking advantage of training and educational opportunities relevant to the position and obtaining HVAC licenses such as an EPA card and an 06 Electrical License for future advancement. Participation in company or outside training is expected. The job requires wearing company-provided uniforms and steel-toe work boots/shoes during the workday.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Assist the Lead Installation Technician in stocking inventory and cleaning of the company vehicle.
• Take advantage of training and educational opportunities as it pertains to the current position.
• Obtain HVAC Licenses such as EPA card, 06 Electrical License to prepare for future advancement.
• Participate in company or outside sources training.
