About The Position
This role involves working alongside experienced technicians and installers in the residential HVAC service installation field. The helper will receive hands-on training, assist with parts and tools, and participate in installations at job sites. Responsibilities include operating various hand and power tools, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ensuring HVAC systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience as a residential installer.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test applicable per law.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with technicians and installers in residential HVAC service installation.
- Receive hands-on training in residential HVAC service installation.
- Assist with parts, tools, and delivery for installations at job sites.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
