Dave's World is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join their growing team in Augusta, ME. This role is ideal for individuals with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, as extensive experience is not required. The HVAC Install Helper will assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners, while learning installation techniques and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential HVAC installations
- Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Safely use hand and power tools on the job
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians
- Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes
