HVAC Diagnostic & Sales Technician
About The Position
We are conducting a confidential search for an elite, family-operated HVAC company in Central Connecticut. Unlike corporate conglomerates, this team prioritizes human connection. Leadership is actively involved, the operations manager helps out on service calls, and the team breaks bread together monthly. They are looking for seasoned professionals who want a long-term career home, not just another job. As a Lead Service Technician, you will be trusted to represent a premium brand inside customers' homes. A major perk of this role is the opportunity to work extensively with Geothermal systems, expanding your technical repertoire. You will be expected to diagnose issues independently, present comprehensive repair or replacement options, and close sales utilizing an upfront pricing system.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of strictly residential HVAC experience
- Valid S2 License and EPA Universal Certification
- High school diploma or GED, plus trade school completion
- A proven track record of recommending repairs or system replacements that customers accept
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues independently
