This role as an HVAC Dealer Program Manager offers an opportunity to significantly impact HVAC dealer programs across the region. The manager will collaborate closely with the HVAC Director to drive dealer prospecting, growth, and conversion to in-market brands, ensuring the successful execution of ambitious goals. The position can be based out of the primary location in Lenexa, KS (Kansas City area), with flexibility to sit in other branch locations including Grimes, IA; Omaha, NE; Plymouth, MN; or Fenton, MO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing HVAC programs or similar administrative roles.
  • Outstanding organizational and tracking skills.
  • Proficiency in implementing and monitoring dealer programs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to program guidelines and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive implementation of brand-specific dealer growth programs (new/prospecting or converting dealer, business segmentation) across the region.
  • Track branch growth funds to ensure alignment with dealer eligibility and program goals, separate from Market Development Funds (MDF).
  • Be accountable for branded programs at the region level, including growth program investment.
  • Administer and monitor dealer rebate programs for the region, ensuring timely execution, accurate tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage dealer program implementation for the region, including registration, billing, and dealer tracking.
  • Support technical training registration and billing for education and certification opportunities.
