Requirements

• Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems
• Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics
• Ability to clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers
• Desire to keep learning and sharing knowledge
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
• Universal EPA refrigerant license
• Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices
• Represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairs of advanced commercial HVAC systems
• Full system installations of advanced commercial HVAC systems
• Work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems
• Use modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis
• Serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably
• Collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise
• Develop quoting or customer-facing skills
