Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and assignment of technicians for service, repair, and sold work orders across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.
  • Monitor Sold Not Scheduled dashboards and ensure all sold work is contacted within 24 hours.
  • Participate in inbound and outbound customer call responsibilities, including return repair callbacks and scheduling requests.
  • Contact customers to schedule sold estimates, inspections, repairs, and follow-up appointments.
  • Ensure permits, inspections, financing, materials, and job scope requirements are completed prior to scheduling.
  • Review project details for accuracy and verify equipment, materials, and notes are properly documented.
  • Partner with dispatchers, service managers, and field teams to maximize scheduling efficiency and manpower utilization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer follow-up and scheduling-related questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of technician skill sets, trade capabilities, and service areas to support effective scheduling decisions.
  • Provide repair pricing and quote information to customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and task management within company systems.
  • Assist with workload balancing, capacity planning, and operational support initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Support team to ensure all customers are contacted timely and team goals are achieved.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency in all communications.
  • All other duties as assigned.
