About The Position
Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services on building automation, energy management, and access control systems. Handles controls installations, programming, troubleshooting, and repairs; performs planned maintenance and inspections; supports technicians with technical guidance; coordinates subcontractor work; purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers; and uses technology and software to create and modify programming, including graphics, databases, and sequences. The position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week and full-time benefits.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with one or more controls platforms, such as Siemens.
- Controls programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.

Responsibilities
- Perform controls installations, programming, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Perform planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in service agreements.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
- Provide front-line technical support to technicians.
- Coordinate subcontractor work.
- Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers to suppliers.
- Use technology and software to create and modify programming, including graphics, databases, and sequences.
