Collaborate with residential and commercial teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of safety and quality. Monitor project budgets, quality, and timelines to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements

• At least 7 years experience in the field.
• Mech IV required.
• EPA required.
