About The Position

Team Bob’s is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee and lead on-site installation of new commercial and industrial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, ductwork, and piping systems according to project plans and specifications. Compensation depends on experience and increases with skills and continued education. The company provides training and tools to support success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• NATE certification, or the ability to obtain it within 1 year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of supervisory and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead on-site installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping systems.
• Ensure installations follow the plans and specifications for each project.
