Requirements
- Positive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused mindset
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment and work in outdoor environments
Nice To Haves
- HVAC sales experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions
- Educate customers on HVAC system options, efficiency, and long‑term value
- Build customized quotes and guide customers through the sales process from initial visit to installation
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and project progression
- Stay current with HVAC technologies, trends, and best practices
- Maintain professionalism and uphold Reimer’s reputation for honesty and reliability
