About The Position

You will be responsible for managing a sales territory and creating new service and product accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining the customer’s relationship, meeting all their HVAC requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments. This role combines technical knowledge, customer education, and sales expertise to design systems that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in HVAC sales, comfort advising, or in-home consultative sales
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to perform load calculations and read basic system layouts
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home comfort assessments and system evaluations
  • Present HVAC system options, pricing, and financing in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Design system recommendations based on home size, layout, insulation, and efficiency goals
  • Educate customers on energy savings, rebates, warranties, and maintenance plans
  • Prepare proposals, close sales, and coordinate with installation teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction thorught the install process
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, estimates, and sales documentation
